    How to start


     

    Purchasing a site

    You wish to purchase a site and apply for a planning permit. We assemble the relevant people to help you do your due diligence prior to making the purchase. This is particularly important with Green Wedge properties.

     

    Don’t know where to start ?

    A planning permit is required however you have no experience and don’t know where to start.  We oversee the process of gathering together the necessary professionals to put an application together on your behalf and then facilitate it through the system.

    Planning Officers support

    Do you have an application before Council but planning officers do not support it. We attempt to negotiate an outcome where both parties are satisfied and the application moves forward with Council Planning Officers support.

     

    Problems with authorities

    Your application has planners support however either Vic Roads, water authorities, environmental authorities, Heritage authorities etc. express concerns. Along with relevant colleagues we attempt to negotiate a resolution.

     

    Councillor objections

    Occasionally Councillors express concerns regarding an application. Having been a city Councillor for ten years Leonie Clark is comfortable meeting with Councillors and discussing their concerns with a view to resolving them.

    Enforcement Orders have been issued on your property which may result in appearance at the Magistrates Court. We communicate with Council Enforcement Officers while at the same time work with clients to resolve the issue which generated the Order.

     

    Illegal Structures

    You have an illegal structure with no planning or building approval.  Along with planning and building associates we co-ordinate the process to have these approvals granted.

     

    We are not Solicitors

    We are not Solicitors, in fact our goal is to prevent our clients from the need to appear in either VCAT, the Magistrates Court, or Civil Court for property matters.
