Leonie Clark

Leonie Clark was an elected councillor for 10 years, served a term as Mayor and was elected the first female Metropolitan President of the Municipal Association of Victoria, the peak body for councils in the State.

It was during this time that her interest in town planning developed into a passion. Seeing the complications and frustrations that could arise between developers, elected councillors, planning officers and other authorities she decided to set up consultancy where she could combine her hands on experience with her negotiating and trouble shooting skills to facilitate a smoother passage to achieve permits, especially for complex applications.

Leonie has spent the last 20 years planning and facilitating building and development projects, building the trust and respect of a network of professional associates and influential acquaintances. Put simply she understands what elected represtatvies and officers of govenments, councils and authorities are looking for.

In other fields of public life Leonie stood as a candidate in a Federal Government election, she was a member of the Political Exchange program to the U.S.A. Leonie was a Member of the People to People Program in China in relation to Real Estate, a Guest at the Zionist Federation to Israel and also a guest in Japan of elected representatives and business people.
